Jarad knew that a property was FHA eligible when the listing agent was unaware. This allowed the buyer to purchase a home they really liked and wasnt made available to other similar buyers. Jarad deserves alot of credit for this transaction.

The whole loan process felt very smooth and not overwhelming with his teams help.
